CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to keep my practice running smoothly, I require a minimum of 24-48 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. As a busy massage therapist, I can often fill your spot if you give me sufficient time.

For last minute cancellations, I will charge 50% of the full session fee. For missed appointments, I will charge 100% of the full session fee. (I will be understanding in cases of illness etc).
